How this calculation works
A folding shop crane’s 2-ton label is the shortest-boom maximum, not every pin hole. Enter the load in pounds, extras hanging on the hook (chain, adapter, leveler), and boom setting 1 (shortest, 4,000 lb class) through 4 (longest, 1,000 lb class). The checker adds extras and compares the working load with the published US 2-ton folding chart. Harbor Freight 58755 requires a hole rating higher than the load, so an exact 1,000 lb load fails the 1,000 lb hole. Loads that are not under 4,000 lb even at the shortest boom return NO_MATCH instead of forcing a product. VEVOR lists 4,400 lb / 2,000 kg as a maximum without a public per-hole table — read the decal on the unit you use.
